Metrotest strengthens its partnership with HIANZ & EWPA to Offer Members Discounted Test & Tag Training
Metrotest is proud to announce a strengthening of our partnership with the Hire Industry Association of New Zealand (HIANZ), and Elevating Work Platform Association New Zealand (EWPA) giving both HIANZ and EWPA members access to 15% off our online test and tag training courses. Whether you’re brand new to testing and tagging or brushing up your skills, this is a great opportunity to get certified and save some money doing it.
Why This Partnership Matters
Over the past year, Metrotest has made significant changes to our online training, including moving it to its own dedicated platform at metrotest.training. Alongside that, the AS/NZS 3760:2022 standard was finally cited by Electrical Regulations NZ, so all of our course content has been fully updated to reflect the change. We held off updating our material until it was officially cited, a common point of confusion, as some providers pushed the 2022 version before it was actually in force.
With that update now locked in, the next step was to identify a partner that could assist us in bringing this to market and incraese awareness across industry. Therefore it was an easy decision to partner with two leading industry Associations that are focused on improving industry safety and providing tangible benefits to their memberships, HIANZ and EWPA.
Metrotest has been a long-term HIANZ member ourselves, and we’ve gained real value from being part of the association. Therefore to broadening this across the EWPA was a very logical next step for us and this partnership is our way of passing some of that value back to the members who make it what it is
